Asad Rauf was born on 12 May 1956 in
Lahore, Pakistan,
was a first class cricketer and is now a member of the Emirates ICC Elite
Umpire Panel. He became a first-class umpire in 1998. He has 39 Tests, 90 ODIs and
17 T20Is in his credit. Indian model Leena Kapoor recently filed a complaint
against Pakistan cricket
Umpire Asad Rauf in Mumbai in which she says that Asad was in a relationship
and had promised to marry her. But Asad denied any relationship with her.
